Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Sunee Inc. accepts the return of unworn merchandise in salable condition within 30 days of the original ship date. Refund will be issued with less handling fee and shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost on return and exchange items.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or showing signs of wear. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded per our store policy.

    • If the item shows signs of wear, a partial refund of 50% restocking fee from the original price will be applied.
    • Items that had been altered, engraved, resized, and damaged in any way are not refundable.
    • Merchandise must be accompanied by original proof of purchase with its original packaging.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Items in salable condition that qualify for a refund will be charge 20% of the total listing price purchased for re-stocking fee, shipping and handling.
    • No refund and exchange on all Sale and Discount items.
    No refund on Return and Exchange lost in the mail from the buyer.
  • What is your exchange policy for new size?

SunEE Inc. accepts the exchange of unworn merchandise in salable condition within 14 days of the original ship date. Buyers need to include $6 (US mail only) $15 (Canada only) with the return items for the shipping cost of the new size items. We only accept cash, paypal @ sales@suneejewelry.com or USPS money order. No personal check accepted.

Please note:

How do I return or exchange a product?

Please contact us first and state the reason for the return/exchange item, so we can provide a re turn authorization number.

Package each item separately in each zip lock bags to avoid scratches and package it in a bubble mailer.

Get insurance since items lost in the mail is non-refundable.

Send your item with a delivery confirmation to confirm the delivery back to us.

Mail it to the PO Box if using USPS or Fedex
